Richard Bowcutt

Sales and Services Director

Richard has over 20 years’ experience in the Marine and Energy markets; specialising in Sales, Strategic planning and implementation, Technology, Marketing and Customer Management.  He has worked extensively across the globe including placements in Germany, France, the USA and Asia.

As Director of Sales and Services, Richard is responsible for the strategic position of Heatric’s sales, services, marketing and customer performance.

Prior to this role, Richard spent four years, based in Singapore, as Senior Vice President – Asia Pacific for Rolls-Royce’s Marine business

Previous positions include Head of Business Development for Rolls-Royce’s Submarine Business which designs, manufactures and supports the Nuclear Steam Raising Plant (NSRP) for all UK Nuclear Submarines.

Richard has also held senior business management positions and engineering roles with Schneider Electric and Ultra Electronics.

Richard holds an MBA and Engineering degree in Control & Systems Engineering. He is married to Nicola and has three children. His interests include running and obstacle course racing but most of his spare time is occupied juggling children… sometimes literally!
